Join RKF and the ACLU of Kansas for a workshop on protecting LGBTQ+ students’ rights.
This toolkit is designed to help students, parents, guardians, and advocates seek full equality and dignity for LGBTQ+ students in Kansas schools. There are thousands of LGBTQ+ students across Kansas, living as their true and authentic selves and trying to learn and thrive at school. But we know that it’s not easy being openly LGBTQ+ in Kansas schools, and it’s especially difficult for students who are transgender and/or gender diverse.
Pizza and beverages will be provided. The event is free but please RSVP here so we know how many people to expect.
